Why is a process so critical?
Other construction trades like electricians for example are trained, tested to code and finally being licensed. This is advancing in concrete finishing, yet at this time this does not exist in the polishing trade. Who you hire may or may not have the equipment, the experience and the support of a manufacture who knows all aspects of architectural flooring.
A process is not purchased, it is trained. Often it is simply identified as good practice. Green Umbrella for nearly 15 years has focused on education our craftsman.
This process is isolated in two industry guides. The GP9 and ITCP9, both Concrete 9 White papers. These are available as CE classes.
